Gooseneck Coffee Cart is a specialty coffee passion project aimed at increasing community interest in ethically sourced specialty coffee and supporting Atlantic Canadian specialty coffee roasters. We collaborate with businesses and organizations to bring pop-up coffee shops to community spaces—like art galleries, green spaces, and university campuses—in order to share our passion.

For 2026, we’re looking to launch our next project in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
